Q: Vouchers

A: Vouchers/ gift cards purchased in our restaurant can be redeemed against any meal. only 1 voucher can be used per bill on any single visit. The voucher has an expiry date of 1 year from the date of purchase. Voucher cannot be redeemed for cash and any remaining balance will remain on the card. We do not offer refunds on gift vouchers unless they arrive faulty or damaged and we are notified within 7 days of purchase. Iris accepts no liability if the gift card if lost or stolen. Gifts cards are posted 1st class signed for by royal mail, we charge £3 for this service. Please allow 2-3 days for delivery. 


Q: Christmas party organiser voucher

A: christmas party organiser thank you voucher must be used in January or February 2018. The voucher can only be redeemed against food. the voucher can only be used once. 


Q: Booking deposits

A: We require a deposit of £10pp for bookings on an evening and £5pp for bookings on a lunchtime which will be redeemed from the final party bill on the day. Deposits must me paid in full 2 weeks prior to the booking date to secure table. Any deposits not psid on time may result in the table being sold to another customer. We require a minimum for 48 hours cancellation notice. any cancellations after this time frame will result in the deposit not being refunded. We also require a 48 hour notice of any changes to bookings. 


Q: allergens

A: Please let a member of staff know of any allergens or dietary requirements at the time of booking. Nuts and nut oils are used in our kitchen. Some of our dishes may contain small bones or shot.
